RE: RV Parks, Rapid City, SD area ?

Rafter Bar J outside of Hill City has pretty much all you could want in an RV Park. Have stayed there a few times and it has all the amenities plus great location to area attractions. Currently we are at Broken Arrow Campground just south of Custer but know they are full starting the 20th of July thru end of month

RE: H2O pump dimming lites

Nor-Easter. Same pump but different model NO. as company replaced the previous model with new. The amperage draw is the same as the old pump so tomorrow I will test all the batteries as it is close to time they are replaced anyway. So, if that solves the problem we're good to go, if not next step will be to check all grounds. Thanks for the input..

RE: H2O pump dimming lites

Don, Am currently hooked to shore power. Did'nt notice the problem when we were traveling and using the genny, although I'll check that out again Sunday as we hit the rode again for a short trip to our next destination.

H2O pump dimming lites

Had new Aqua-tec water pump installed this past Monday. Everything seemed fine but three days later began to develop a problem. With pump on and then opening a faucet the lites (those on a 12 volt system) flicker and go from bright to dim to bright alternating as pump cycles. I seems pump is working hard and not getting enough current. The question is...Could it be a "relay"? Or is ther a chance the house baterries are giving out, as they are now 5 yrs old. Thanks for any help anyone can give.
