We are way up north in the upper peninsula of Michagan. Here are some photos I took today.

Tahquamenon State Park

WOW! Absolutely stunning shot, Jim! Looks almost like a landscape by the Hudson River school of 19th century artists.
Another place we need to put on the travel agenda....
I expect I got a bristle cone or two, but will have to rummage through the files to see. Evans has always been one of my favorite spots on the eastern slopes and was disappointed the road from the lake to the top was closed. Looked more like road damage than early season snowfall. Summit Lake is always a treat.

ngc, you picked the perfect time to be in Colorado. We lived there for 15 years. Unfortunately all or most of our older trip photos are on color negative film. Some day I will get a negative scanner and digitize them. You are brining back some great memories.

That's why we went when we did, Jim. I lived there for 5 years back in the early 70's. The growth of the place is unbelievable! Grand Junction used to be a small town, but now it's impossible to say where it ends and Fruita begins.
I liked what they did to I-70 through Glenwood Canyon, but there are not enough pull-outs to let you take pictures! Used to be you could picnic all along the Colorado, but no longer. DeBeque is still about the same, but Grand Junction stretches from the bottom of Mount Garfield on the Book Cliffs to the base of the Colorado National Monument. It ain't the small town I remember any longer.
Along the Colorado in Glenwood Canyon.

Welcome back, Eric! Fantastic photos! I especially liked the Aspens in CO, and Canyonlands National Monument in UT. Spectacular, and looking forward to more!
Jim - Outstanding pics of the Falls and Whitefish Point!
Not much from me today, just a neat old bus I found. What caught my eye was how large the windows were. This could be converted to a simple RV and the views outside would be nice!
