make sure power cord is disconnected befor driving off.
no matter what chemical you use ,your tank guages will never be right.
buy a good adjustable watts water regulator with guage.
walleydocking is for overnight Not summer vacation .
gas mileage doesn't really matter . it changes every time you get behind the wheel.

Here are two tips I got that I think are worth mentioning.
1. Attach a clothes pin to your TV antenna crank. When you crank up the antenna, move it to the motor home's gear shift. When you grab the gear shift to go home and a clothes pin gets in your way you will remember to lower your antenna.
2. Throw a bunch of ice cubes into your black tank with the 2 gallons of water. They will gently clean the inside of your tank as you go down the road.

Having a MH is an exciting and enjoyable time, but remember one thing, just because there is another Class A in the parking lot, doesn't mean that you should go too.
And, driving a 38 ft class A the wrong way through a Popeye's Chicken drive-thru is not illegal, as long as there is no height restriction.
Which brings me to, measure the height of the MH before you get to the restricted height undercrossing. Don't forget to add in the height of the air conditioners.

Welcome and congratualtions!!
All of the above afore mentioned advice is awsome.
May I add:
Check and Double Check!!
When in doubt, check it out? Lock and Secure it!!
You are bound to miss something.
The antennae is a big one............you will notice that when leaving a CG you will have alot of people waving at you. There not waving good-bye. (Well some are) LOL!
Check your roof vents too, bathroom especially.
Check lists are great until you get the hang of it.
We have a system we use: Hubby and the boys do all the outside hook ups etc. I take care of the inside.
Happy RVing to ya!

I doubt he will read this post as this thread is 7 months old. If you would like to ask him a question, PM would be a good idea.
