We took delivery of our new-to-us Tiffin on 7/4/08 so we christened her "Freedom!" which is what it affords us.

"The Girlfriend" because my DW is getting jealous of all the time, attention and money I lavish on the PUP. And it's "just" a PUP, too!

We call our motorhome "George". It's a CruiseMaster by GeorgiBoy. We use "George" whenever we talk about the motorhome. Family and friends know who we're talking about, but other people get a little confused.

We call our TT: Tlr 4 2. Non of my kids and non of our relatives helped with the purchase or maintenance. So, we have a strict policy of not letting any of them use it. Even when they come up with a new idea as to why I should let them take it out for week or so.\

When we first went shopping for an RV, we took our two boys (then age four and two) to the local RV show. When we entered the large convention center, my four-year-old stopped and stared at all the huge motor homes and said, "Dad, look at all these Camping Machines!"

To him, a garbage truck was a machine to take trash away, a dump truck a machine to move dirt and rocks. Therefore, and RV is a machine to go camping.

When we finally bought our travel trailer, it already had a name. The Camping Machine.
