Is everyone ready to rally??!!!!!!!! I'm going to be organizing both the Saturday breakfast and the Saturday night potluck dinner. Keep in mind that because the facilities in the smaller pavillion are not the same as those in the larger pavillion, we've opted to do a simpler breakfast than usual. So, if you're interested in participating in the breakfast, we're looking for people to bring juice, fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins, cream cheese, butter, etc. The potluck dinner will be the usual since we always cook the food in our own RVs anyway. PM me or post on the forum what you would like to contribute and I'll post it here.
If you have not yet contributed and you plan to join us for meals, please let me know what you would like to contribute. We are in need of the following: milk, sugar, tea bags, sweet-n-low, and at least two coffee urns for breakfast. For dinner we could use more vegetable dishes, desserts, main courses, and, most definitely, bottled water and sodas.
Thanks!
Fern

Yankee Swap Info...
To explain the Yankee Swap very briefly. Buy a new gift costing about $10 - wrap it. One gift per rig. Please remember there are kids here, so keep it tasteful PM me if you want to participate and I'll keep, a list. On Saturday night a member of each family picks a number. There will be as many numbers as there are players. After we all have our numbers, I'll pick a number from another matching batch. The first number I choose will go first - which is good! As numbers are randomly chosen, people choose a gift and are free to either keep that gift or take a gift from one of the previous "giftees." (If you get a nice lawn chair, I can guarantee you won't keep it!) No gift is ever safe, so don't get too attached to it! This goes on and on until all the gifts have been distributed. THEN, the first person who picked a gift gets to take a gift from anyone at all since they didn't have that chance in the beginning.
Just checked out the map...Rally area is all over the park! lol Couple questions.......Do we have the large pavillion or the small one? Will there be a community site? If yes, where?
Mary
