Join us as the Ohio Rally Group invades Michigan! Although it is an "Ohio Rally", it is being held at HarborTown RV Resort, Monroe, Michigan , which is just off of Interstate 75 exit 11. If you would like to join us, please call the campground and tell them you're with RV.net or the Ohio Rally group. Harbortown will hold a group of sites until the beginning of the year. (we want 96 – 102 and 118 – 128). After making your reservation, please PM me and let me know that you're coming along with your site number, if known.
This is a fun group and we welcome anyone to join us, no matter what state you are from.

Friday Night - we'll provide, cold cuts (turkey, ham, salami, and 2 kinds of cheese) . Please post what you will be bringing along with your campsite.

Saturday: Visiting Greenfield Village and/or the Henry Ford Museum. You can get a ticket that allows for you to visit both the Village and Museum.

Henry Ford Village/Museum

We get a discount for 15 or more people. The discounted price would be: $11.25 for the museum; $16.00 for Greenfield village (these are per person prices). You will need to inquire about the combination ticket. They need a 24 hour notice for groups.
There are other places of interest nearby:

Yankee Air Museum
Saturday night: Plan on having dinner at the village and when we return to Harbor Town we will have dessert around the campfire.

Check our schedule for that date. We have Elkhart rally planed that weekend but not signed up for yet. We have to do some serious thinking about which one we want to attend.
On a side note. We are getting pounded by and nasty snow storm. About 10" of snow so far. High NE winds and lightening and thunder. Hard to think about RVing. Need to get out later and do some tractoring.

We have the same here except for the thunder and lightening. Snow plow is attached to the tractor and she is ready to do some serious plowing.

Woke up this morning by a big flash of lightning and clap of thunder!!! Yikes!! Looks like Columbus is getting hit with freezing rain, followed by snow and ice. Low pressure is going to bring it right up I77 to Youngstown later today!! Updated forecast for Christmas eve is 38 and scattered snow flurries, followed by 34 and mostly cloudy for Christmas day!!

The older I get, the less impressed I am with lifetime warranties.

I was sitting in the family room yesterday afternoon working on decorations when Punky went off, barking like crazy!! Looked outside and there was a 6 point buck and two does in the yard. Opened the door and Punky chased them out of the yard!!

It has been my experience that anytime you have thunder & lightening while it's snow, it's a very bad think.
Actually here in Columbus, it just started snowing again. The 2 inches we got yesterday are gone but it has been raining every since. The wind woke me up this morning.
Just looked outside, snow is accumulating.

Ronfisherman, do you know the dates for the Elkhart Rally? I thought it was in April last year. Figured it would be again. Long & I are hoping to attend that too. Hope it's a different week-end then T&B's Rally.
Todd & Bonnie, we plan on coming. Will call next week.

Robin, Ron must be going to another rally in Elkhart - I think the RV.net Elkhart rally is the last weekend in April, Teacher's Pet will post after the first of the year.

Called HT (Harbortown), no one home. Left a message. I think we're going to come up on Thursday.
