What happened to Sunline? I have looked for their website and it can't be found. Have they went out of business or been purchased by one of the "biggy" companies? Thanks, Cathy

Unfortunately, they had management problems and closed last year.....So sad, after 40 years of supplying the market with great trailers.

Their well built trailers are still available used and there might even be a few new units left around the northeast. Many of us who own them remain loyal to the brand. It's a shame we won't be able to purchase another Sunline in a few years when we will need a larger rig.

I certainly wish the best for all the wonderful people who used to be employed at Sunline. I am hoping they have found good paying jobs where the upper management/owners will do a better job running the business!

Actually, they closed in November of 2006, not last year.

Also, just in case you missed this as well, the United States put a man on the moon! LOL

Like Cat and Jim said, it was truly a sad day in November of 2006

However we did upgrade from a 2004 T2499 to a 2004 T310SR last fall after looking and looking and looking at other brands to upgrade to. We went for a great used one and found one heck of a deal in the quality we had come to only accept.

They are a great TT and if you look for them, you can find good used ones. And even some still new 2007's left.

My 2004 T2499 will be going up for sale come spring unless someone really wants it before then. Hate to see it go but we only need one camper.

There is a Sunline forum http://www.sunlineclub.com If you want to know anything about them, come on over for a visit. It started about 6 months before Sunline went out. And now we support each other.

Hope this helps

John

I am still not convinced about that 'man on the moon' claim...
