joelbaker wrote: Lee, are you referring to the Evergreen Air Museum or the Navy Air museum? We got to the Navy museum too late and it was closed. The Evergreen Museum is about halfway between the coast and Eugene/Salem. That's where the Spruce Goose is located. It was awesome!
Nope the one I am talking about is right on the coast. It was used during WW 2. They used it looking for the Russians. It had 2 huge hangers (Just like the old one at Moffet Field in Sunnyvale). They were used as storage after the war for hay and 1 of them burnt down. I guess the fire burned for days and days.
Judy we have a camera and use Skype and it works real good with Shelia's Sister in Ceres. Judy we will be on our way home from Mrytle Beach. The rally we are going to ends on the 10th and we will leave in the AM. We may be home Saturday the 11th but not postive.

Hi Guys and Gals,
Lee we saw the Museum but didn't stop. (Joel it is VERY close to the Cheese places). Now we wish we had, but we were just a little bit full of cheese and ice cream, our tummys were not nearly as big as our eyes!
Today we went to the Aquarium in Newport and saw 2 lighthouses. One of the lighthouses had 110 steps to the top, my legs are still "complaining". It was a very pretty day here. We also saw a whale spout and then his back, but that is the only one we have seen. This more the "off season" for whales.
SAL is a comin' people! Got your white elephants?

Good Tuesday morning!
Yeah, there wasn't a dry seat on that boat! The driver of the boat made sure everyone got wet, numerous times!!!

Good Afternoon
Very cute picture Sharon, I love Fall.
We took a short drive to Depoe Bay today, home of the "World's Smallest Harbor". While we were there we saw many peole standing and pointing out to the bay, so of course we had to check it out. Another whale swimming in and out and around the Whale Watching tour boats. Then Steve begged and begged to go shopping, so I let him take me . Tomorrow we are heading south to Florence.

What a Man. That Steve is just one PEACHY guy... You be sure and give him a HUGE HUG....
Yes Judy Judy Judy.. That should work. The rally we are going to ends Friday the 10th and we have to vacate at that time. It is about 600 miles from our house so we should make it home Saturday. Plus we are 2 hours ahead of ya'll..
