Howdy Folks!!! We've recently had a couple of cancellations. That puts our number at 59 rigs. I'm personally amazed at this number! I expected more drop outs, due to the rough economy. Thanks, to all of you, for your continued enthusiasm!

Dang, that WinoPair is right on top of things. My hat's off to them. How anybody keeps this group straightened out and heading in the right direction, well I just don't know how they do it!

Hey Larry, it was so great to see you yesterday! Thanks for stopping by.

It sure was noticable while we were at this Peddler's Fair how the economy is affecting people. We didn't have near the traffic on Hwy 41 that we usually do. At all the past Fairs they have had an officer at the cross walk to direct traffic and make sure no one gets run over. There was no officer this year, a lot less traffic and a lot fewer shoppers.

Vince, I think the way Winopair does it is....they just drink a little extra wine and everything appears to be more organized! LOL At least it works for me.

Ellie, good luck on your test...not that you will need it. I know you will ace it!

HEAR YEA, HEAR YEA, HEAR YEA, HEAR YEA, HEAR YEA, HEAR YEA

This be a Royal Proclamation, from’ YOUR KING AND QUEEN.’ As many of you have discerned, We have not executed our ROYAL DUTIES as well as other ‘Former” Kings and Queen, I personally have been told since the 6th grade that {“Ken does not work to capacity.”} I guess my Sixth grade teacher was a very good judge of character. That woman even wrote it on my report card. (I guess that’s when I learned to deal with unreasonable and irate people.) ie: my mom.

We have put this off as long as we probably should. Late this spring we had to make this decision. We too feel the crunch of the economic situation, by the ‘trickle down’ effects of the economy.

We, Your Royal Couple, will be unable to attend the fall rally. With the exception of one more outing, our ‘little shack’ will be parked for an unknown duration.

Now in case some of you are thinking that you don’t have to worry about the “ROYAL DUTIES” being passed on to you, THINK AGAIN. The Royals have someone/ ‘s’ in mind. This could change! We Royals have named a Proxy. The Proxy’s name is known only to Us and the Proxy. And so at this time, No one is safe.

As we have often said, we feel so fortunate to have met all of you, and to have truly been able to say how much we like you all.

We are down for now, but nothings forever. Like a ‘bad’ penny, we hope to return.

Your King and Queen

Kenny and Val-erie

Ken
