Thanks, Sharon. you beat me to it. I didn't get a chance to put a link up. I took a ton of picutres there boh during the night and the day. Hopefully I can find time to process a couple of shots and post them. Jill, we stayed at the Preimre Resorts in Redding. Really nice park. Easy to get to and nice quite place to stay. We will be staying there on the way home. I took several of the campground. I still owe you aCD form the MS walk. We had a fun time in Redding and actually would have liked to stay a ocuple more days to see more.
Oregon gas prices for regular were generally less than $4.25 a gallon. We saw many stations at less than $4.20. It is in the bottom $4.30's here in Washington. We have been averageing 8+ Mpg at 55 mph but I will work out the totals after the rip is done. When we were in Salem, we met up with Chuck and Kathyfor dinner. It was fun and great seeing some fellow Flamingo friends. Thanks Chuck an Kathy! The drive up to Sequim was not as planned. We had issues getting gas and had to repair our protect-a-tow so ti was closer to a 6 hour drive for the day. We are beat....
Got the scoop on Dad, now that we finally got the correct news, he broke both of the bones in his leg just below the knee. Since they could not do leg surgery beacuse of his recent heart surgery, they are trying to manage his pain and trying to find a adequate brace for his leg to keep it stable until it heals. His wife doesn't think he will be released for at least another day or two. He will not be able to walk on his leg for at least 6 months. Yea, big bummer. I talked to him today and he is not doing well. Hopefully he will be released before we leave. I am planning to see both him and grandma while we are here.
Hope everyone is well back in Califonia.

Nick's graduation didn't get over until nearly ten o'clock last night. The poor guy was starting to look very tired, as it was past his bedtime. It was very gradifying for Ellie and I when the whole senior class cheered when they called out Nicholas Patrick Kieffer. Many students came up to us after the ceremony to say goodbye to Nicky. It was a long, but wonderful evening.
