No Dave, if you don't take the filter off in the first darn place, you wouldn't have to worry about it.

We are still "getting ready" for our vacation in a week. The even brake arrived today and will be installed this weekend along with added towing lights in the Honda's tailights. We spent the tonight going through the inside of the MoHo and removeing what we dont need for the trip. Man, it seems that work is never done!

If it's like our trips, wait until you get home and have to unload all the stuff you acquire along the way.

Have a great time.

We're home, and guess what..... A/C works perfect!!! Put on generator and in 3 minutes had 56 degrees coming out of the vents!! Just sat there and enjoyed it.

I think I will call the park tomorrow and discuss it with them. Also got ta find out what it means when the surge protector read out says the park outlet for 50Amp service is "reversed polarity". Will let ya all know.

Had a super time, but a little tired from all that "relaxing"!!!!

Later ya all,

good thing you have a surge protector as the pedestal is wired wrong, this is why I put one on my MH right away when I got it!

I am soooo jealous! We haven't had the RV out of the driveway since July 7 return from Bishop and no end in sight of other activities... One month to rv trip and I cannot wait. We did get it out of the driveway yesterday and gassed it up. Funny? Filled in Bishop July 2, cost $191 for the one-way trip. Drove home, waited to fill; spent $146 so it worked in our favor (this time) to wait for gas prices to come down a little! Mac, Dave, Tom - Where did you go camping? Please share with your less fortunate friends so we can live vicariously through you!! (Bill is heading out of SD on a fishing boat overnight tonight, I'm relaxing!!)

Dave, great news about the a/c. Now if you would just learn to park in the correct site you wouldn't have to worry about the electrical.

And I know you didn't get much relaxing done because you were putting in that bin door for me. Much appreciated. And it didn't fall off on the way home either.

Jill, we were at Cayon RV and a great time was had by all. So sorry you couldn't join us this time, but we will see you after hunting/fishing/squirrel trapping season is over.

O, now I am jealous. Dave's works and ours still doesn't. Hopefully, Tom, yours is an easy fix also. Thank goodness we all got home today. It is HOT out there now.
All, we had a great time and it was very fun seeing everyone again. See you all next month.
I am gonna call to make appointment on Monday to get ours done worked on. I am also going to call the extended warranty people to make sure everything is in order too.

Now Jill, I have email records that show you two declined this outing. Now I know why. Bill likes fishing more than us RV folk... The truth comes out. lol
At least you two are having a relaxing weekend, enjoy.

Besides his fishing trip (if that was all we had, we would have joined you and come home early, our original plan before we figured out that August was national birthday month (in our family anyways)). This weekend we had a party in Riverside friday evening, and another of the 50-bazillion (8 and counting!) birthday parties Saturday in Huntington Beach (after driving to San Diego to move dear youngest back into an apartment in San Diego). And let's make Bill's weekend interesting, DS wanted to take the boat out so Bill got to move all the toys out of the driveway to get the boat out of the garage on Friday afternoon, then reverse the process when we got home from San Diego Saturday afternoon; time for a quick shower and drive to HB for the Saturday party. Believe me, relaxing and watching movies?? You bet we'd rather be camping!! I'm tired just re-reading it...We miss all of you.
