PART II: you may have to run the wiring to the blank plate, also since the main plate in the dining are is the only amplified one in my setup, have to remember to turn it on to receive tv signals in bedroom.

The "Winegard" plate does indeed have two empty connections in my case. The first is for a CG Cable connection and the second is in effect a second connection or splitter so to say

I am having trouble adding a TV in the first place (Keeping DW happy)
I surely don't need a second one. Our Bed room is for sleeping and other things

TV is not one of them
