Today gas down to $2.95 !

It's $3.05 for 87 octane here. There is a small chain of stations that discount your fuel if you buy a car wash, sure was nice to see that price at $2.90. It's been too long since it was less than that $3.00 mark.

Today gas is down to $2.91 and diesel $3.61 here in NJ.

So the prices have beat your best estimate of November 1 by almost a month !!...any idea as to when diesel will drop to $3 !!

Diesel prices go up for the winter here in the north-east so forget about $3 diesel this year.

So we're out of luck in SC? Still at $3.59.

Interesting how, as the Barrel Price drops, the pump price stays the same. Oh, I forgot about Supply and Demand.

Maybe they will get the Texas refineries up by Christmas.

Gas as low as $2.86 in SC (Taylors) and $2.83 in NJ (Ridgefield Park) !

I believe if you watch the GAS or RBOB numbers flash across the top of the TV screen on CNBC, you will see a better relationship between gas pump prices and traded gas futures. Oil and gasoline are somewhat independent in pricing. You can have oil going down and gasoline going up and vice verse.
