Hi All,
Thanks. Yep, I've got lots and lots of before pictures. I'll post one along with a progress photo as some of the weight comes off. Since I've got a long road in front of me, it'll be a while before I get any after pictures that show a noticeable difference.
I was told, if I exercise and follow the recommended dietary guidelines, I should lose around 8-12 pounds a month. Of course it's different for everyone.
In fact there will be times when I have to remember to eat since I won't be hungry. For me that'll be a definite and positive change.
Cheers,

I know of several people (none personally,
a relative of a friend or some other similar far-off connection)
who went thru this procedure.
From what I'm told, all were successful and all were happy that they did it.
I did see before/after pixs of one person and the difference was amazing.
Very best to you with this procedure.
Me and I'm sure the rest of your RV.net family will be thinking of you on July 25th, sending good thoughts and prayers.

Well Mr. Steve, just wait until about a year goes by when you see the "new me", a lean mean fighting machine. (Yeah, right! ) Since we're together so much you'll be able to watch the transformation. I do hope I make your very jealous! Remember the treadmill is your friend.
If you don't like me anymore, does that mean you're not cooking burgers for us tomorrow night? (I'll hold your Petit Jean Bacon that I was going to bring over hostage until you agree to cook! )

OH all right.....I still like you but the treadmill is NOT my friend! Yes, burgers and corn on the cob tomorrow night. I may just break out a DO and have you cooking before the day is done too!!

Thank you sir, you're still my friend! I'll now release your bacon that I so kindly hauled from Arkansas for you to enjoy!
I'll be glad to cook anything you want me to tomorrow evening. I'm sure it'll taste better if I cook it! Ha ha!

Congrats on your decision, and wish you all the best, brightest and skinniest future. Personally I am afraid at 6'2" and 235, I am still in the "eat right and excercise" area, yuck.
