Your salesman let you down by not staying on top of things, but like bustersbud said, we all screw up every once in a while......sorry it had to happen to you, you did the right thing....jmho

Good for the dealer as they returned your deposit because they did not meet your expectations. Happy anniversary to youall and good luck in your motorhome search.

Good for you! If a dealer or your sales representative could not insure that these issues were taken cared of before you took delivery, I wouldn't want to imagine what type of service you will recieve after you took delivery of the unit.

Competion is too great for a Dealer/saleman to drop the ball as they did in your case.

Just my opinion, they did not earn your business.

Thank you all for the anniversary congratulations. YES we did get our deposit back, and now I see the same MH is back on the internet for more than we had agreed to pay for it. Perhaps that is why they didn't fix anything, wanted to sell it for more. Sure seems that way anyhow.

Sounds like you escaped a real future horror story. With this beginning, I can't see them getting any better and you would probably have been very unhappy with any future work you needed. I also would have walked away and never gone back. You got lucky and found out how sorry they are and made a smart move before you were locked into a deal with them.

I would have done the same thing, but also let the owner know in case it was the fault of his/her staff.

If they (owners) don't know, they can't fix it.

Even after that, I would still have walked.

We did the same thing on a Mh several years ago. The best thing we ever did! We found a better deal and coach later that we liked and bought it. You are the customer and the customer is always right. Forget it and move on ,a coach is somewhere waiting on you.
