from the dealer that we bought our present DSDP from (and will never deal with again). They are offering a FREE Tow Car with any DP purchase. They don't say what vehicle is offered and it may vary with the model DP you buy. Newmar is also offering a $3,000 rebate on certain DP's.

On edit: my guess is that this dealer would keep the Newmar rebate to help pay for the "free tow vehicle". I'm thinking that's what happened to us as someone reported that they got a $2,000 rebate on their 2002 DSDP and we didn't. Dealer also added, as a below the line item, an excise tax that I thought was supposed to be paid by the dealer to the state. The state said it could be passed on to the consumer, but we were never informed about it till signing the paperwork.

It'll be a 1963 Plymouth Valiant with a primer paint job, with duct tape and plastic over a broken rear window. The coach connection is a loop of 3/4'' hemp rope tied onto the rusted front bumper, that you hook over the coach's hitch ball.

It was on television yesterday on Fox news that the RV industry is in deep trouble. The motorhomes are just not selling, so that is why they have all these incentives.
