Thirteen days to go to the Haunted Rally in Salem. Keeping fingers crossed for warm weather and sunny skies. If not, we'll build a big fire and stir the kettle.

Already starting the list of stuff to bring tonite.

Critical items....

Surf Rods, Fishing Tackle, Tide Chart......

All set and ready to go once I get my truck back from my father. (We trade off every couple of weeks due to seating and gas usage issues, his seats 6 and gets 15 mpg empty or loaded, mine seats 3 and gets 20mpg empty)

Will be leaving on the 16th around 3:30 PM provided all goes as planned.

See ya there

Matt

Better check the propane tanks tomorrow in case someone whose name starts with a J blows the electric circuit breaker and cuts off our little electric heater. Seems her hair dryer sort of maxes out the circuits! Just kidding J.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Hi All...

Just as an FYI, I'm only bringing one hair dryer... but we will need electricity for the toaster, the crock pot, the electric mattress pad, the phone chargers, etc...... maybe your right Mike... might need that 50 amp site.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

Hey if you get the 50 amp can I be next to you? I'll run the electric heater instead of propane. No fear of using the convection oven. Hmmmm.... maybe I'll get those twinkly Halloween lights for the awning? Five nights from now we'll be sitting around the campfire - real not electric.

Looks like we will have great sun on Saturday/Sunday in Salem with temps in the mid 50s with mid 40s at night. Thursday/Friday look partly cloudy which also means partly sunny! Packing both winter coat and rain gear plus some t-shirts. You never know in New England. Also throwing some firewood in the truck and a bunch of clams for a chowder. You never ever know what you will need at a gathering.

Good news and bad news.... Good that I'll be there most of the weekend....
Bad that I'll be leaving Friday morning instead of Thursday due to Girlfriend's work schedule and no one to watch her daughter Thursday Night to Friday Morning.

will be rolling out by 11AM Friday morning.
