Just installed Ride Rite's on my Chevy 2500HD and would like to go to a single point airfill valve. Does anyone know of a part number for/do they make a single point airfill ?? I think an inline "t" would work using one of the existing valves. just need a part number: local shop is stumped.
Having trouble with air loss. Have pulled the bags, inflated and checked in a water trough: leaking around fitting into the bag. Cranked down the fitting as tight as I can go: still leaks. Considering pulling the fittings, cleaning the thread and reinstalling using ???? Locktite, pipe sealant, any suggestions ??

Are they new. If so, why keep fighting them. If they leak, get them warrantied.

As far as the single point air fill, any type of air line tees, and air line tubing should be available at any place that sells parts for OTR trucks that use air for brakes, and suspensions.
If what I am getting a mental picture of is true, you are probably looking at $10.00 worth of brass fittings, air line tubing, and such.
Look in the phone book, you should be able to find a heavy truck parts dealer in there, 98% of these guys will have experience in fabricating custom applications, and sourcing parts for same, so a project like yours should be a breeze.

I paid $8.00 for a T fitting that fits the air lines that came with the Ride Rites kit. Bought it at an RV shop that works on motorhomes as well as trailers.
For the leaking bag, send it back and get a replacement.

This is probably more than you need. Here is a kit sold at Summit Racing. You only need the Tee in center of picture.
You should not have leaks. My system has held pressure for over a month since putting it in.

It sounds like the leak is coming at the source of most airbag leaks: the fittings. Like said before, use teflon and retighten. That will probably stop the leak.
