Several days ago I had to re-plant some flowers a second time after critters had eaten them. This time I put dryer sheets around the garden, in the dirt and on some short sticks, and it worked. It got me thinking of all the good things dryer sheets can be used for. Here my list, please add yours.

Critter control--I put them in our RV for winter storage, have not had a problem since doing this.

Save the dryer sheet from winter storage and use to clean bugs off the RV and truck.

We were in a park that had cotton wood trees, used dryer sheets to take the cotton out of our RV screens.

Had some hard water spots on the RV, used dryer sheets to remove the spots.

Please add your use for dryer sheets.

LOL -- I love the suggestions -- and here's the dumb question of the day. Do those hints mean us to use USED dryer sheets or UNUSED?

I use the UNUSED to wash the windows, gets the bugs off very well.

Have used USED dryer sheets in the clothes dryer and then used the same sheet to clean the MH and they have worked just about as well as an unused or once used in dryer sheet. Used sheets may be better because they leave less residue than the unused sheets which requires less rinsing water & time.

Moist (with water) dryer sheets work great for removing those nasty splattered bugs on the front of the RV or TV after a trip.

I'll have to put some dryer sheets in my tool box right next to the other essentials.. WD 40 and duct tape hahah
Seriously, I had heard that dryer sheets discourage mice in RVs. I just went on a trip. I thought all was well when I loaded my TH, no signs of mice anywhere. When I got to my destination there was mouse poo all over the counter tops. I guess my driving scared it out of them hahah. So now I'm going to test the dryer sheet theory on mice.
Thanks for the other tips.

Been throwing fresh dryer sheets all over the TT for years. Smells good and I've never had a mouse problem. Maybe related, maybe not. The dryer sheet thing (with all their uses) gets recycled every so often on these forums. Nice to be reminded every so often.
