Yes, I have the IBC. There are wires on both studs. Both studs will light a test light. I didn't check voltage. Is one stud supposed to be less than 12 v? There was a tag on the wire to stud 1. I don'r remember the exact wording, but it seems to be the one for the trailer power.

(And why did GM make both wires red with a black tracer?)
