As a licensed hvac mechanic I would say you were ripped off.I do not own my own business but have worked on many rv ac units for friends and family. They are basically nothing more than a big window a/c unit with some 12 volt controls. If they had to replace a capacitor in your working unit they probably checked it and it may have been weak.A 20 buck part(and that is probably high) and 20 minutes tops in labor. You rear unit sounds like the compressor is running, that would be the hum ;and the dual shafted fan is not running.Could be another cap as most units use dual caps or may just need freed up by oiling but I doubt if it has any oil ports. Some WD 40 sprayed on the shaft may buy you some time if the bearings in the motor are getting tight,or it could be a piece of the cardboard shroud has come loose and is keeping the motor from running.I have looked at many for just new neighbors in campgrounds and most of the time the charge is a cold beer for labor, even carry a few line taps to add a little r-22 to carry tham over until the leak is found. As far a a freeze switxh,I how never seen them on rv units but they may be installing them on newer units, mostly they are on dehumidifiers and commercial stuff.Wish you were close and we couldtake a honest look at her.Good luck with your repair.

here is a followup. I took it back up to the CW and they received it with open arms and said they would repair without problem to me. They said the service guy who fixed the wrong A/C said it was broken too, must have occured when it was there because it was fine when it arrived there. Anyway, they have it and say they will fix it no cost to me. I live about 80 miles away so at 10.7mph driving up there and about 17mph at best driving home without rig and then have to go pick it up so another round trip, this will cost me about $120 in diesel fuel which I would love for them to pay for since it was not my fault their serviceman worked on wrong A/C but I doubt they will volunteer to pay my gas in $ or merchandise credit even but will ask.
do not get me wrong, Camping World has its place but should have taken it locally so if a problem I am near by to bring it in.
Will check it out if possible but usually they drag it out so you can not check it before leaving, makes me nervous.

Some fan motors in selected units simply seize up (usually from big changes in temperature or non-use). You might try simply taking off the inside cover and reaching up inside and hand-turning the fan (it looks like a louvered can). You should feel it free up. Then, simply turn on the fan and it may resume normal operations!

CW has the rig, they found the Livingroom A/C needs a new motor so they are waiting for the motor.
I still do not understand how they put a capacitor in the bedroom A/C since it worked fine before I brought it in to them. Makes me worry but one never knows maybe it crapped out just as the mechanic went to put it on?
I just want it to be fixed and fixed right.
Will let you all know when it is fixed.

FOLLOW UP they fixed I hope the A/C they put it on and it blew air and he put a thermometer in and it did show the temp of air coming out to be lower then the air in the rig so I am in hopes they have done what they should. The tech seemed knowledgeable and nice and the first one is said to be not working there anymore, hmmmm.
I am not sure how they charged the insurance company but they did get it to pay.
Oh well I am in hopes the insurance company does not charge me more next year because they made a mistake fixing the A/C that was fine and needed no fixing and then did replace the A/C motor on the correct A/C which should have been done in the first place.
