SIKKAFLEX we use it in the navy .On the windows,portholes and other areas that require long lasting high flexibilty seals . its in a tube like silicone but lasts way longer. Ive been usung it for the last 3 years and unless we have to pull awindow too get a large item in a space it always stays watertight.

Been there, doing that have a few T shirts .
