I've got almost 9K on the odometer. She gets 15.6 in town. Around 11.2 towing the trailer.
Power is AWESOME! I love this 6.7 liter truck.

I just got the AX flash. They said it is for downshifting and has nothing to do with the fuel mileage. If i could get 16 mpg unloaded on the highway and stay "green" I could live with that since the truck is so good as posted above. I don't care about hauling mpg, That is all recreational and about the same as my 5.9. I don't care about in town mpg, That is never very good even with the 5.9. Its the 40K to 50K highway miles I drive each year where it will hurt. At this point I think I will keep driving the 5.9 since no one wants to buy diesel anyway. When the 6.7 paases 36K I will void the warranty and pull emissions off. Ford and Chevy have the same problem.

I just got my back from the dealership a couple days ago. It goes in the shop every month to get the Check Engine Light problems fixed. I can usually get 100 to 200 miles on it before the Check Engine Light comes on again. Last month they put yet another download into it, and the fuel mileage went from 18mpg (city unloaded) to 13 mpg! (Progress according to Dodge). Interstate driving unloaded went down about 1mpg from 21 to 20.
Well it is now waiting for parts for the newest TSB. Seems there are 3,000 back ordered plugs for the turbocharger. Their newest fix is to drill a hole in the turbocharger spray 3 cans of Gunk into it, and install the plug.
I have had the truck for a year now. And every month it has been in the shop (I am sure glad I have a toad to get around, and the tow bar stays on the truck more than the motorhome). After every download it seems that the fuel mileage is changed from good to bad or vice versa.
It is pretty evident that Dodge has some serious problems with its emission controls that they can not get fixed on this truck. Other than that problem the truck has had no other problems.

I am looking into deleting the DPF, cat, and the egr. When this happens I will void the entire drivetrain warranty. The plan is to do this around 36K so I only loose the remainder of the engine warranty. I have han many Cummins including 2 in my boat. Based on everthing I have ever experienced with these engines, I trust that any defects come up in the first 100 hours, after that they outlive whatever they are in. The only downside out of loosing the warranty is the electronics. That is a crapshoot anyway since the nature of all electronics is the part could go on day one or last forever or anything in between.

Wow, 15 to 17 MPG out of the 6.7, realllllly???? Man I just wish this Ford 6.4 would get over 12. You guys shouldn't complain at all. This truck is getting 10.5 empty or pulling 15K it's all the same.

I believe removal of all the aforementioned emissions devices could get you some hard time in a penal colony because it is federal crime to remove this equipment.

Sounds like you need a new dealer!!
there was a recall on my last truck 03 ram CTD for a possible fan failure I had 6k on my 03 when I received this notice, took it to a local dodge dealer because he was close. they checked it out and gave me the thumbs up the next day the fan fell off, two weeks later when I got it back before I signed anything I went over the engine compartment with a fine toothcomb found bolts not tightened and missing bolts from the radiator. The dealer said they would take it back in the shop and finish it, but I told them to give me the bolts and I would do it myself. Never went back to that dealer again also wrote Dodge to complain never saw a star removed from this 5 star dealer.

If I drive 60 mph on the interstate I can get 19 mpg. 70 mph reduces to 16 mpg. There is a noticeable difference. Towing I'm getting 12 mpg.
Nice truck wish it averaged 22 like my brothers 07 manual tranny 5.9L. Mike 9000 miles so far. I'm going to do the overall average but I'd bet it is around 15 since purchase.

Curious which trans. and diff. ratio you have. I haven't hit 19, but close at sustained 70 MT.

I got about 18.4 today going on a short trip <150 miles. I have the six speed auto and 3.73 rear end.
That's some serious babying today.
