I have had cummins power southeast look at it. They heard the noise, but no answer. The noise happens in a slow or fast turn left or right. Also when the motorhome is in a lean on a curve. When the motorhome is running staight no noise. Cummins said I may have to live with it. Good thing I don't want to sell. The noise sounds like wood poping. The motorhome is a winnebago journey. 2001 . Has about 45000 miles. Anyone have same problem? Or answers? Thanks.

It could be the air bags (assuming you have them) I had a coach that would sometime make a popping sound on turns.

It's the flat heat shields that Winnebago spot welds sideways across the frame. these pieces are between the rails and run all the way from the front to the back. One of the spot welds are gone and the heat shields are flexing when turning.
