I would love to own it. I have no idea, other than a guess of $300,000. ???? Sully2 would have a better idea!

I would guess around the $250K range would be the lowest...at $300K it would still be a fine MH.

Magna's are a class act!

I would think long and hard before buying a CC, read the two threads on here about the 2003 Lexa. Evidently the CC customer support is zero.

It sez their reserve is in the low 200's in the first line. I would say 220 to 230K. Six months ago, deal of a lifetime. In today's market, simply fair...
I firmly believe that in the next 9 months there will be some incredible price drops in the used high end coaches. Even if diesel prices drop precipitously in the next month, by harvest time it will be ramping back up. If we have an early or rough winter that will push home heating oil to unreal prices.
This combined with the credit squeeze with knock RV sales further in the dirt. At this point, there is no bottom in sight.
Just as in the real estate market, those with cash will make some great purchases...

I would be checking out the batteries closely. Indicated voltage on the glass dash is 9.3!

If it can be bought for the low 200s it would be a great deal for an excellent coach .

This is the second time its been listed on ebay. In fact, Barry had called me about two weeks ago to see if I was interested. (bd classics is Barry & Deena) but we declined.
BTW, we have purchased two motorhomes from him and let him sell our last one and found him completely honest and upfront in his business dealings.
If anyone is reluctant to purchase a MH on ebay - I can say its been a very favorable experience for us.
