We stayed at the KOA near Indianapolis in March when we brought our DD to a college Open House visit at IUPUI. Nice enough campground, would stay there again.

We have stayed many times at Lake Haven Retreat.

No pool but large man made lake with swimming and fishing.

Thank you for the replies.
On Rv Park Reviews website, A review states that Lake Havens roads have lots of potholes. Did you find this to be true?

We stayed at the KOA in June when we attended a wedding in downtown Indianapolis. We'd stay there again and it only took about 20 minutes to get downtown from there.

Potholes are a fact of life in the Midwest. Come summer, you either get potholes or you get construction (to fix the potholes).

Pot holes -

We were there last week. Not many potholes in road and those that were there were not too deep.

Just obey the 6.5 mph speed limit signs - unfortunately many don't.

The Indianapolis KOA has always been a nice stop for us. Make sure to ask for the large patio sites across the creek - unless you want to be close to the pool. They've added a dog park this year. WiFi has always worked well. We'll be back.

It doesn't have a full hook up, but Lieber State Rec Area on Cagles Mill Lake (aka Cataract Lake) which is west of Indy off of Indiana SR 243.

Cedar Ridge Camping Resort south of Bloomington has 2 outdoor and one indoor pool, full hook ups, but is new and no shade.
