Why doesn't some smart person invent a replacment for the fuse that incorporates both the fuse and a switch. Seems like it wouldn't be too hard to make that one up? Could be remote or stay in the fuse box.

We are towing a 2008 CRV, no nav. I had a Roadmaster Stowmaster set up, it will not work on the CRV. Looked very carefully at all available systems, and went with a Blue Ox plate and steel towbar. When you get there, all the junk comes off the toad, looks normal. The other systems left lots of stuff on the front of the CRV. Just personnal choise. Also used my old Brake Buddy, it works!!

I am sure you will hear all the systems work, and they do, but, if you don't want to break a knee walking around a toad in the dark, look at the Blue Ox setup.

I have a 2008 CRV. I use the Roadmaster Sterling tow bar and the Roadmaster XL base plate for the Honda. It works great. I have had this system on three CRV's I have owned.
