I tried to get some rv parts for my Bounder and after two weeks and still no information I became a little hot when the parts manager told me Fleetwood has not returned any of their telephone calls. I talked to the RV dealership owner asking him to help he told me Fleetwood does not return his calls either and is having financial problems and is real close to getting out of the RV business.
Call the Fleetwood customer hotline and talk to them directly. Discuss your problem. Maybe they will say to go to a different dealer to get your parts.

Call or e-mail Fleetwood directly.
Your dealer may be the problem.
You may even post here what your problem is and get some help.

My opinion: Fleetwood will be the last one standing. Their involvement
with modular homes will prove to be invaluable.

If waiting for parts is an indicator . Cadillac must be in dire straights . I have been waiting for a part for my CTS since April . Its still on backorder .

True and at 2 bucks a share that side of the biz could be an attractive catalist for a takeover.

In my opinion I don't see Fleetwood going out of business! I believe in these hard times that they should quit mass production, and changing the names in there product lines all the time. Stick more with brand model names that people have known and trusted over the years. Lastly stick with tradition and quality and they will do fine. John

I toured the Fleetwood factory in Riverside last May, and they were moving the Class A line over to the Class C line. No mention of going out of business. Did say things had slowed down about 40%. I have noticed on their website, that they are still showing 08 models. No mention of the 09's. Usually in the spring the next year models come out if memory serves me correctly.

the linked stock chart shows the major players winnebago(WGO)
monaco(MNC) and fleetwood(FLE)
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=FLE&p=W&b=5&g=0&id=p63588888843
if one company had the best chance of surviving, it would be winnebago, not monaco or fleetwood.... and i want monaco to survive.... plus i own some(small position) of their stock

if you guys like your favorite RV manufacturer, then pony up, or step-up to the plate and buy some of their stock... take a nice fat position in each one of these sick companies....

ACTUALLY, 2009 stuff is all over their website; you have to know how to see it.

Most of their models have a "sneak peak model year 2009" button when you go in to review info on each model. Not all, but most do. These sneak peaks are early 4 page versions of what will become the brochure for each model.

ALSO, do a Google search on "2009 Fleetwood". 2009 Fleetwood models are showing up at dealers, particularly east coast dealers.
