I've noticed more and more campers leaving their trailer lights on by using the jumper plug. Everyone has their little thing they like to do. I'm thinking about leaving mine on and synchronizing them to music.

I have never seen this, having camped from BC to New Brunswick I have yet to see people leaving their parking lights on.
One question I do have is, are there lights in the campground? we stayed at a campground last year north of Montreal and for the most part there were no street lamps, and in some spots it was dangerously dark, people had to have their campfires out by like 11pm and lights out at the same time. We walked back from our BIL's site and let me tell you it was sure tricky as you couldn't see very well and the trail/road was real tight.

absolutely nothing, as long as you have the kind that dance when they sense somebody walking by.

Some people put the parking lights on so it has a subdued lighting around the RV at night for security. If you are parked very close to others, I would think about it twice since it would seem to intrude on the neighbors who DON'T use theirs. That is why many manufacturers install "scare lights" on the RV exteriors.

Must be the latest trend as this is the first year we have noticed it - and was seen in the US a few times - so not necessarily a Canadian thing!
