This weekend Joanne and I drove up to Milford, Michigan to Ron & Betty's Hall's place to have our digital converter professionally installed. Ron (ronfisherman) does a great job professionally making modifications to his Super C or C+ class C. Here are two pictures of what he did to ours:

I think Bagman did the right thing by just adding a inexpensive converter box. Found out today at Best Buy that if you buy a HD tv and hook it up to standard digital Direct TV or Dish digital signal the picture will not be as good as the one you already receive on the standard tv (digital or Analog). They had one set up side by side with the HD and the picture quality on the LCD set receiving a standard digital signal was very noticeably poorer than what I already receive on my picture tube tv. So why go through the additional expense and trouble to buy a new set unless you are planning to convert to HD or receive strong local HD stations.

Only reason Bagman went with the converter box instead of new DTV's. Is his boss his sole mate would not give him the $$$.

She keeps a tight control over his spending.

Surprised he did not buy a new MH with everything updated.

Looking forward to seeing you and Jane again. You should think of something. Lots of experts at that rally.
