is there a specific type of grease that you need to grease your chassis? i'm getting ready to do it but looking for some input.it's a freightliner chassis-dp.

Should tell you in your manual what grease the manufacture recommends

My book says NLGI II. Whatever you use , once you decide don't change the brand or spec.

I have been using NLGI #2 (Sta Lube Extreme Pressure Red) grease on our 2002 Freightliner chassis from the 'git-go', and am very satisified with it.
