So I guess even though the dual tanks on my F550 are factory installed with the switch over mounted in the dash and the guage switches between tanks I don't want to fill it up? Between the 2 tanks I guess I won't fill the 19 gallon and would just fill the 40 instead.

I'm just guessing, but it sounds like they're referring to the large capacity tanks people mount in their beds. He did say, "tanks that aren't part of the fuel system", so I wonder if the transfer tanks that hook into the line would be exempt from this versus the ones that are just storage and have a pump on the side to refill the standard tank.
Regardless, I bet you're at the mercy of whoever is inspecting you that day. It also looks like the trucks are returned after a week or so. . . once they decide on a fine and you pay it.

I avoid those problems by staying on this side of the border. There's nothing down there I need or want that I can't get here.

Yep. Just a fair warning. . . know the laws then make your plans accordingly. If you don't like the laws, don't go.
I've never been caned partially because I've never been to Singapore. Although, if I did ever go, I'd try not to break their laws while I was there.
You'll be fine intermingling with the Americans who are legally allowed to carry a handgun as long as you don't rob, rape, murder, kidnap, beat, terrorize, etc. As for the ones illegally carrying firearms. . . well. . . good luck. That goes for any country, though.

Well said!

We have just returned from a two month trip to Canada and Alaska, and I want to say now I hope I never return to Canada. You think fuel prices are high here, go up there. Food and almost anything else you buy is double and triple there. They have a 33% tax on their fuel also. Thats 33 percent, not 33 cents. Ronnie

What is strange about letting responsible adults carry handguns?

I retired from the Army after 26 years in 1993 and traveled in many different countries. I have only been outside the USA 2 times and I walked then Canada and Mexico. I want ever leave this country again. Its very simple just look at the problems in Mexico, and now they are invading our Country. We have to close our Borders. Its your choice to go ourside our borders so be very careful in your choices. GBY....

I believe most, if not all automobile insurance policies are null, and void if you travel to Mexico.
I know mine are, but that is a non-issue since I have no desire to visit Mexico.
