-frog hunting at night
-riding bikes
-fun hikes
-any water related fun
-the disc swing we hang from a tree at our site
-smores (of course)
-ghost stories

From the OP list, the only thing my kids like is the bike riding and the smores, but my kids are 25 and 27.
This year we added ATVs and motorcycles. And a margarita machine for the end of the day.

We don't do kids or grandkids. They have their own campers.

This is what I enjoy doing:
Boating with our friends
Sitting by the fire, staying up late
playing red neck golf, and washers (I still don't get what people have against washers around here. Can anyone enlighten me?)
Making new friends, and being with ones I already have
And alot more, but I find these most enjoyable!

Our kids, ages 4 and 1, enjoy:
being outside
eating worms (the 1 yr old did so last weekend, she tough!)
finding a playground to play on
waking up Mommy and Daddy as early as possible
jumping on the beds to see how mad Daddy will get
going on hikes (on somebody's shoulders)
throwing rocks in the lake
throwing rocks in the stream
throwing rocks
asking Mommy and Daddy questions, a lot of questions, especially when trying to set up the site.
Having fun.

Riding bikes around the loop, playing catch, playing badminton, fishing, swimming, playing with toys, playing on the playground, sleeping in the camper, smores, the fact that Dad(me) has a smile on his face the whole time !
