As far as tank monitoring goes, I plan to monitor my 2 fresh water tanks, black and gray tanks and propane tank. Anything else besides battery power that I should monitor?

Keg.

I don't drink but great idea.

What sort of calculations do I need to figure what size AC unit I'll need for this beast? I would think that a 15K BTU would be better (power consumption wise) than 2 13.5K BTU units plus I'm pretty sure we would freeze to death with a 13.5K BTU AC unit on just the 8 x 8 x 3.5' sleeping space above the gooseneck. Maybe a fan would be a better idea. The only reason I'm specifying a 13.5K instead of a 15 is power consumption. I really would like to get by without upgrading the 5,500 watt generator that it already has.

I'm not the weight police. But I'd think you would need a bigger truck to tow that 44' gooseneck trailer.

I would add two 13.5K ACs and forget about ducting. Probably cheaper that way too. One in each section. Also, that trailer is going to be a bear for that tuck.

2 AC units? You think I really need that for only 18' of trailer? I'm starting to wonder if I even need the ducting, the sleeping space above the goose won't be completely blocked off from the rest of the living area where the AC would be located.

Do you think the weight will be much for the truck to handle or too much weight for the motor to handle? I've pulled that kind of weight before and had no trouble, I'm more concerned about the length of the trailer.

Since you are seperating the garage from the living quarters, one ac in each area. No need to duct, and you can control them seperatly. You will need at least one for the living area. But I will tell you, that a 13.5er will not cool off that entire trailer.

I don't plan on cooling the garage area, if the guys want to sleep back there in coolness they can pitch in to buy the second AC and generator for back there.

Ignore the person who posted about 4500 lbs in the front, thats the second vehicle it's designrd to carry. Load it up, then weigh it. You're probably too heavy loaded for the 3/4 ton truck, but you won't know until it's ready to tow.

You might want to look into catalytic heaters. That would save you from installing a furnace.

I use a portable Coleman-type, and it heats up my 31-foot TT pretty well.

Clean heat with no electricity usage.

I would suggest getting a trailer with the smoothe siding(no screws).

I'd love to but right now I'm working with a tight budget and those are usually a lot more $$$

Is a 6 gallon water heater enough capacity for something like this?
