Think of all of the cars with LCD navigation systems and dyd players. I haven't heard of any problems with these.

I looked at the rated storage temp on several LCD TV's and it varies from -30 C (-22 F) to 0 C (32 F). Most common seems to be -20C (-4F).

We leave ours in but they're automotive LCD TVs.

I asked a tv repair technician this question and his response was that the cold temperatures will not damage tv, but moisture that could build up in your camper can cause problems. So if moisture is not a problem in your camper then I see no reason to take it out.

I have a TT and feel like moisture does get in, so i bring my tv inside.

Take it out - just to be safe. We took ours out and used it during the winter in a spare room! We left our DVD player in there and it wasn't working in the spring, so we plan to take that out when we winterize, too. It's 10 minutes of work in the winter and 10 minutes in the spring and that will potentially save you hundreds of dollars - so I say, why not? I put anti-freeze in my lines (and probably don't have to) to potentially save costly repair bills, so why not do the same for your TV?

What the heck is an automotive LCD TV, anyway? A built-in? Or an insulated LCD TV?
