I'll take my chances with Crisco being pioson. When I make Southern fried chicken then is nothing I've tried that tastes as good as the flavor of Crisco. Since I deep fry it only takes 11 minutes and there is very little left in the chicken.

Crisco does make the best Fried
Chicken. I repeatedly have requests for my Fried Chicken and it is the Crisco that makes a difference. Canola or olive oil for other frying
