hi paulj..yeah, I saw and shot it, but when you are close it looses a lot of its apparent charm. It's a new structure.

Great pics Gary. Next time you are out and about, head to Kispiox. They have a bunch of totems there as well. That whole west area is just great this time of year with the fall colours.
Looks like the bear glacier has receded a bit more since I was there a couple of years ago.

Thanks for the edit - added pix with labels! I was pretty sure the totems were Kitwanga and a few years ago I spent some time with BCFS around Smithers country. Your pix rang up some memories.

We wandered thru there late this summer! Stayed at the little free municipal cg in kitwanga (or neighboring community) - very nice/friendly! ST
