Actually Arkansas has gone to a Senior discount and the card is no longer required.

I looked at the site further and your right. Cannot even contact them at this site to see what states honor it. There site is funded by the Department of the Interior, just another government bureaucracy that we the taxpayers pay for but don't have any idea what states honor the Golden Age Passport cards.
Looking further This pass has been discontinued and replaced by the America the Beautiful – National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass– Senior Pass. I Cannot understand why they would change it from Golden Age Passport to America the Beautiful ?.

If you think that's bad, Last week, the state of Indiana wanted to charge us $10 just to enter their Indiana Dunes SP just to look over the campground. All we wanted to do was drive in and see the campground before we committed ourselves to camping there and of course paying their $10.00 entrance fee in addition to the camping fee. Needless to say, we made a "U" turn and moved on.
Sorry, Womble, I didn't mean to stray from your original question, but I felt I had to add a comment to part of brauneyz's reply.

The old Golden Age Passport--now the American the Beautiful Interagency Senior Card is a NATIONAL card. Interagency is the key word--it is honored by NPS,USFS,BLM,Corp of Engineers etc--all agencies of Federal Govt--all over the US at their facilities. IF a state chooses to honor it--great. I hear that W VA honors it. I know that VA does not.

Yes, it would be helpful to have a list of state parks that honor the Golden Age/America the Beautiful passes. Before posting this I did a quicky search but couldn’t find any previous posts that addressed this question.
So far, besides Louisiana, we’ve got three possibles: Wisconsin, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Just read on the KY State Park site that they give a 10% discount to Seniors, active and retired military members, AAA members, etc. I’ve been in several Arkansas parks and they do give discounts to those of us who are 62+. However, if you’re not an AR resident, there’s NO discount on weekends; 25% at other times (Sunday through Thursday night).
By the way…I have the Golden Age, my wife has the America the Beautiful. On the front of my card it reads, “A lifetime admission permit.” The America card doesn’t say that. In our travels I’ve run into people that are bothered about the “lifetime” omission. I’ve even heard, what I consider an “Urban Legend,” that the government is trying to confiscate the Golden Age card. We’re not full timers, but we travel a lot staying at BLM, COE, national parks and monuments, nobody has ever asked me to replace my card. That’s my 2 ¢ and I’m stickin’ to it.
