We will continue to use ours, seeing Grandkids was one of the reasons we bought it 3 years ago. Haven't quit the day job yet either! While this economy has everyone concerned, this too shall pass! Go RVing

We use ours alot, but we stay mostly in the west coast where we also have a house as a home base. We go out for two weeks on the coach, then two at home. Most of our trips are within seven hundred miles one way. The fuel and the economy has not bothered us.

Forty nights so far and there are still some good weekends left in this part of the world. Because the ecomony is down we spent more time camping and less time in hotels and condos.

Been out 8 weeks this year so far and that is pretty good considering I still work. I have to say that the Foretravel is in the garage for the winter. Why a bit early is that work has come crashing down on me and I can not get any more time off with the market like it is and I am sure it will continue on this way for 6 months. SO it is weekends if I am n ot working then for me for the next bit. I have to say Ihave taken as much as 16 weeks a year for many years so now is payback time.... Oh well. I am happy as I like work too...

We have used ours a lot this last year and don't plan on letting it sit still for a little while yet. We are going to make a quick trip to Yellowstone in a couple of weeks and then a short trip to Moab at the end of the month. I promised my son that we would hit the dunes one more time to test a couple of mods to his quad in November. Then we will probably put it away for a couple of months as December and January are hectic at work. We usually get it out in early Feb. and start using it. The economy hasn't slowed us down thankfully. We have a loan against ours, however, we payed our house off a few years ago and it is our only loan so we are living well within our limits and still able to use it as much possible (work really being to only limiting factor). We are not fulltimers (I wish we were) but have been out 3 weekends and only had the new mh for 1 payment. The grandkids love it and the wife seems to enjoy it more than the TT. We just got the MH and new toad so now that we owe the bank most of my monthly check we have to use it to make it an investment not an expense.

16,000 miles so far this year and 2 more trips until I put it up for the winter.
We love it!

Since we're fulltimers, of course we are using it. Only difference this year is traveling a little slower (though not much) and staying longer at each place.

I used to store my motorhome in a friends heated garage which allowed me to rv into December. Because of the economy my friend sold his garage. The place I am storing it in this year said that it had to be in for the winter by Columbus Day. I would say that the economy has indirectly affected my rving until I build a new garage.
