Is anyone else having problems adding a picture to their signature? I followed all the instructions and still get the same error stating the web site is experiencing problems. I used to have a picture, but lost it when I tried to replace it. Is it only me? Please help.

Hello,
I am having the same problems and the same results, "the RV.net forum site is experiencing difficulites" etc etc. I try making changes on my preferences and when I hit the computer button, there is a 50 sec. delay and then the "error message". I have been trying for 3 days.

I wish there were something I could do for you, but all I can do is report the error, which was done several weeks ago.
Just now, I added another post to the trouble ticket, asking for an update.

I kept having the same problem then found that I was trying to insert a picture that was to big. Once i got it down to 100 pixels in height it worked just fine. Their error message is not very descriptive and would lead you to believe that it is a problem with their computer.
Hope this works for you too.

My picture is 100 X 309 and still no luck, but thanks for trying.

If your picture is 100 X 309, it will not load. Perhaps you meant 309 X 100; that is, width = 309 pixels and height = 100 pixels.
Yesterday afternoon, the technicians loaded a picture into yours and serveral others' signatures without problem. They are still investigating.

I was able to post a signature picture when I dropped it down to 100 in height. Thanks for the info - appreciate the hard work.
