I'm not sure what can be added that is not already in this thread.
Some people are having problems and some are not. The technicians have not been able to reproduce the problem except to discover that that spaces or special symobols, such as '+', in the picture names seem to cause a problem. Sooner Schnooner's picture is proof that there is something more going on, because his picture has a simple, one-word name.
After this problem was discovered, I changed my picture three times without problems.
The technicians added pictures to the signatures of several members, who had reported problems. The technicians had no problem doing so. What is going on, has not been determined. Then are still investigating.

I'm having the same issues. I removed my previous sig pic and now I can't reload another one.
The new pic is 173x59 and 29.9K. I get the same message that there's a problem with the site and to try again. I have.

Well I've got to join the crowd that can't get it uploaded. Compressed files to way below limit and still get error message for new rig.

I have not been sending instructions via PMs; I have asked that the pictures be sent to me. So far, every picture I have received has been too larger to meet the guidelines.
- Maximum height = 100 pixels
- Maximum width = 500 pixels
- Maximum file size = 30 KB
