Hi!
My husband and I are in the market for a new vehicle to flat tow behind our Class A MH. We are looking for a recommendation for what kind of small SUV, automatic transmission vehicle that would be a good tow vehicle and also my primary vehicle year round. We live in New England. Thanks to all those who reply!

Look at a Honda CR-V. We tow one and love it.

Another vote for the Honda CRV. Great tow vehicle and the one with the ALL WHEEL DRIVE is a great car in the snow, the AWD works without you even knowing it is operating. All the Tow Bar companies make a base plate for the CRV so you can shop around.

We have been towing a Saturn ION for the past three years. It is light and you can tow it flat. All but one of the Saturns are towable flat.

My choice was made among a CRV, VUE, and Liberty. Since I also wanted something comfortable on the highway I selected the VUE. but the big sales are theoretically ending quickly.

I will give that a big " Third that " We have towed ours several thousand miles and it is a dream to pull & fun to drive when we get to where we are going.

HHR LT2 is only front wheel drive. But you can get it with heated seats.
Remote start standard to warm or cool it for you.

I would agree on the Vue. Older one though. With the 3.5L Honda power plant.
