Cape Cod Manatee
A manatee is visiting us here on Cape Cod. It has an old injury, no flipper on one side. They are going to try to catch him and move him back to Florida before the water gets too cold. His GPS must have malfunctioned!

See you on the road!

You better hope that they catch it otherwise you're going to have to deal with slow speed zones and expensive fines along with new state license plates with manatee's on them just like we do down here.

Aquanut, we will be down to Naples on the 20th of this month for our 6 month stay. How is the weather? No more hurricanes I hope.

We're leaving first thing in the morning and we'll be staying close by, it would be exciting to watch this.
When we go to Florida we usually always go to see the Manatees, my grandson adopted one a few years ago named Amanda.

Poor little.. I mean big thang!! Talk about confused. They are such fascinating creatures.

Sure hope they can help it back to warmer waters.

Everything's fine down here. We've had our share of rain and are definitely out of the drought. It's still in the upper 80's and maxed out on humidity. Hopefully it'll cool down a little by the time you get here.

Well they caught the manatee. Took him out of the cold water and now he is off to Sea World, FL to be rehabilitated and then released. Bon Voyage to our unusual visitor.
