Most of the time we will write to complain about something but I'm happy to say this is to compliment someone's service.
While enroute to Kansas our refrigerator quit working. We tried several places but of course we didn't have an appointment and they were all booked up. We camped in O.K. City and accross the street was Motley's RV repair. MY wife called, explained the problem and the owner said "Be here at 9:00 a.m. and I'll look at it." We went there and he checked EVERYTHING and found it to be the thermal fuse.
When we went back to the office he pointed to a can and told me that was his collection can for the Red Cross. He said, "put something in there and we'll call it even." I told him we wanted to go to the OK City memorial and asked if there would be parking for a TT. He told me to unhook it and park it in his lot and come back and get when we were done. Now that's service I haven't encountered ANYWHERE!! Just want to say Thank You and if you are ever in O.K. City and need service go to Motley's RV Repair.

What a great post! It is so nice to read positive news like this, thank you for sharing.

It's also nice to know that you met up with one of the many nice folks here in the state we call home. I'll be sure and go see Motley's if we ever need anything while in OKC.

And did he tell you why the thermo fuse blew? And is this the fuse that was part of the recall retrofit? Hope you were shown where it was in case it goes out again......Good post

Mine wasn't on the recall list, but he did show me where it was. It's in the shop now, under warranty. Hopefully they can tell me "why" it blew. I was just happy to get back on the road with a working refrigerator.
