Have a 2002 Forest River Georgetown, 12000 miles, F-53 chassis, V-10, just had new tires on front, front end alignment. Noticed BEFORE the new tires were installed a "grinding" noise coming from BOTH front wheel areas. Thought it was the front brakes, had them both checked at a reputable repair service and their opinion was NO WAY, discs were not scored, rusted or cracked, pads were almost 3/4" thick, inners and outers. Sometimes the grinding is there and sometimes it's not. Only grinds when the wheel is turning. Have driven over 600 miles like this as we are heading to Savnnah from New York. Any ideas?

Don't know what it is as fixing a "noise" is tough if you can't hear it.
Just a couple things to have checked....wheel bearings may need replacing or backing plates can some time be bent or warp and rub on the rotors also....
Good luck

Take your wheel simulators off and see if the noise is still there.

Tires are probably just touching mud flaps or just touching in the front of wheel on frame when turned. Mine does all the time when I turn sharp
