Went to Docs to get flu shots yesterday. Based on our ages we all agreed it was time to get pneumonia shots.

SO - this morning both arms are sore
Will use arms alot today and get back to normal

I went to the bank yesterday and next door Krispy Kreme was having a drive-thru flu shot clinic. Decided "why not". I'm so short waisted my arm rested above my shoulder on the door frame when the nurse shot me. This is the first year I have never had a sore arm. I think from now on I'm going to rest my arm up high on something when I need a shot.

I'll be getting my flu shot today.... and hoping my arm doesn't get sore but if it does it's MUCH better than getting the flu!

Last year was the first year I ever got a flu shot, and the first year since full-timing I did not have bronchitis. I guess I need one this year, too.

Had my pneumonia shot the year I was diagnosed with the heart failure. Have faithfully gotten a flu shot for a long time now and this year go the flu shot and a tetanus shot on the same day, same arm. Took about 5 days before it got back to normal!
