The KOA is on 97 at Rt 3:
10a Benfield Blvd / Veterans Hwy (MD 3)
Washington NE KOA, 768 Cecil Ave N, $20 fee to dump. Northbound travelers should use Exit 10.
Get off at Benfield, go right (south) at the first light - Veterans Highway - you will see the signs after the next light.

I'd print it out on MS S&T myself to see exactly how to get in. I visited it once and it is a little bit convoluted getting in.

when we go to the boat show in annapolis we stay at the elementary school in eastport. from downtown annapolis, take the road to eastport over the bridge and go to the first light. you will see the school yard diagonaly to your left.they park cars there as a fund raiser for the school. do not park on the grass-- too soft, ask them about parking in the lot. this is a great place. you can walk to the show and only one block away is the Boatyard Cafe !! If your a boater, that is the best place to eat and drink. I almost forgot, the woman running the parking charged me $20. one year and $40. the next year, but it was still worth more. We used to stay at the football stadium for free, but a new operator took over the parking and banned all overnight parking. If you are ex military, the naval academy has a campground on thier grounds but I have not been there so I can not tell you much about it. AT present we are traveling on the west coast so we will miss the show for the first time on about 20 years.Have a good time and I hpoe I was able to help.

I'm at the koa today leaving tomorrow. Don't worry about reservations. Park is half empty. 30 and 50 amp. 30 amp section has trees and shade. 50 amp is out in the open. Not the best park nor the worst park just OK.

We overnighted at the Sams Club just off the highway. It has a unused parking lot on the southside of the store. We parked there for three days while visiting DC. It was just us and one red fox!
