Hi
Does anyone know of any photography or camera forums? Can anyone tell me what is the latest Minolta SLR that will accept MC and MD mount lenses?
Thanks

If Memory is correct those predate the Maaxum Autofocus Cameras so You would be looking for an X Series as in XG7~9~11 or XDM There were several and My Old memory is getting pretty rusty! The Last could have names like X700 X900 !

Minolta-Konica as the firm was known in it's later years, went out of business. But Sony bought up the remains and introduced the Sony DSLR, which I believe essentially rose from the ashes of Minolta-Konica.
I think the Minolt lens mount may be similar to the Sony lensmount, but I caution you to check and confirm with a reputable camera store (not a big electronics big box store as they may not know).
This website has a separate Minolta-Sony forum with lot's of info and lots of people who know far more than me about the Minolta camera, than do I. Check it out, ask questions on the forum, they'll tell you all you want to know.

Several years ago I spent 2 years trying to track down the lab who could process some special film I had, Got no where fast.. Finally logged into this forum and within 24 hours had the name of the lab, within 48 I had a processing mailer on it's way to me and within 2 weeks I had my prints.
Alas, Other than to thank them.. I've not been back often. Did check to make sure the URL is good.

You could also post your question here. I've had pretty good luck with getting answers to questions I've had. They have a Sony/Konica Minolta forum.
