I've never understood why a truck with a towing package, especially a 3/4 ton or higher, would come without the towing mirrors? Sometimes Big 3 are their own worse enemy.

Because then they can grab your wallet one more time when you accessorise.

Update to original post. I could not get a good enough deal on a new TV or I made a decision to buy my lease out. If I had to turn it in and buy a used truck, then why not keep what I have. At least I know what I got! So with that said here is what I am looking to change: 1) upgrade the factory hitch to a better one, probably Reese or Putnam 2) I will probably go with the Power Vision mirrors # 6141T, I have DL3 mirrors now 3) change the shocks 4) a nice wax job since I am buying it. Any suggestions, opinions are welcome.

I got my camper mirrors(2006 style) from fenderworld.com $266 a pair shipped theyare like the Gm ones except no turn signals. They were very easy to put on had all the factory conectors. They are also on Ebay. You asked about camper mirrors coming with the tow package? Its funny that half the people that are buying the 2500 and 3500 do not want the camper mirrors on them.
