Went to the Pomona RV show yesterday (Oct.11) - the only TC manufacturer there was Lance. Attendance was way down from previous years. Even the vendor's tent was uncrowded - not as many vendors as before and nowhere near as many attendees. There might be some good deals to be had - markdowns were evident on all types of RV's.

I went to the Sand Sports Super Show in sept in Orange County. There wasn't as many buggy manufactures and the show over all was smaller. With Weekend Warrior out there wasn't as many trailers either. I think this is going to be a trend for the next couple of years.

We went to the Syracuse NY RV show a few weeks ago. It was huge. 3 days long and way too much to see in the one day we had to see it. We have never been to this show before so I can't compare relative to other years.

I did not see TC's except in the outdoor consignment sales area.

Heard from my dealer that Lance was showing a small lightweight travel trailer at the show. Did you get a chance to look at it? Planning on going to the show sometime this week.

If I remember right, at last years show, I saw Lance, Host, Alpenlight, Okanagan, and possibly Northstar.

Host no longer has a dealer in Southern Cal, Alpenlight is gone, and I thought I read on the forum that Okanagan stopped production for the time being. That leaves only Lance and Northstar. Even Arctic Fox doesn't have a SoCal dealership anymore.

Does that mean our 1181's will soon be a collectors item?

Lance did have a travel trailer on display. As I recall, I could stand up in it (I'm 6'4") which is possible in about half of the trailers I looked at. Don't remember many details but then I have very little interest in trailers.
